Donald Trump's childhood home, located in Jamaica Estates, Queens, New York, is available for sale at the price of $2.3 million. The property, built in 1940 by his father, Fred Trump, suffered severe damage from mold and a wild cat infestation before being fully restored. Trump lived in this Tudor-style residence for only four years, and it later became a tourist attraction.
In 2016, investor Michael Davis purchased the property for $1.39 million, redecorating it with pieces from the Waldorf Astoria hotel and Trump-related souvenirs. After the Airbnb rental plan failed, the house was bought by developer Tommy Lin for $835,000, who invested $500,000 in renovations. Trump expressed sadness about the state of the house in 2016, wishing to buy it back. Representatives of the Trump Organization did not comment on the sale.
