Dmitri Kuleba explained that a ceasefire will not mean the end of the conflict, as Russia continues to destroy Ukraine's infrastructure and bomb its cities, trying to undermine the will of the Ukrainians to resist. Kuleba emphasized that, although discussions about a ceasefire agreement will intensify in February, such an agreement will not be reached due to Russia's actions. He mentioned that the possibility of a ceasefire after February depends on how Ukraine will survive the winter and the overall state of the country, Russia, and its Western partners. Kuleba stated that the war will only end when Putin accepts that Ukraine cannot be controlled by Russia.
