The complaint, drafted by a group called "Jurists and Lawyers for Palestine," argues that the Italian government, by supplying weapons, is complicit in war crimes and crimes against humanity in the context of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Approximately 50 people, including law professors and public figures, have signed the complaint.
