The city of Tarragona in Catalonia is already under water and Barcelona is bracing for massive flooding. Trains are not running at all in the Catalonia region and flights from Barcelona's El Prat airport have been diverted due to flooding. Civil protection has issued heavy rain warnings for several regions and several universities have suspended classes due to bad weather.
