The General Prosecutor's Office in Moscow has announced that the Clooney Foundation for Justice is carrying out an activity aimed at discrediting Russia by supporting false patriots and banned extremist and terrorist groups. This is not the first time Russia has banned foreign non-governmental organizations as it steps up its crackdown on any dissenting voices.
