French carmaker Citroen has announced the expansion of its recall operation for C3 and DS3 cars across Europe due to problems with Takata airbags. A first wave of 98,000 vehicles is expected to arrive for servicing at the end of January. The recall campaign will be extended to include other European countries, with more than 869,000 vehicles due to enter service.
