Christian Horner, the former head of the Red Bull team, dismissed in July after two decades of leadership, could return to Formula 1 as a minority shareholder of the French team Alpine. According to the publication L'Équipe, Horner has initiated discussions with Otro Group, an American investment fund that owns 24% of Alpine's shares. Unlike his desire to return as team principal, Horner is proposing to become a shareholder, being supported by investors. This move could facilitate a return to Alpine, in the context where shares could be ceded.
