Dr. Salvador Plasencia, the doctor accused of involvement in the death of actor Matthew Perry, has pleaded guilty to four counts of illegally distributing ketamine. Plasencia injected Perry in the weeks before his death for no legitimate medical purpose. He obtained the ketamine from another doctor and communicated about Perry, displaying a dismissive attitude. He faces up to 40 years in prison.
