The incident took place at the Taste of the City Lounge, where four men opened fire after an altercation. Three men died and the injured men, aged between 19 and 61, are in stable condition. Authorities found more than 40 rounds of ammunition and an abandoned gun. Mayor Eric Adams has mobilized crisis teams and appealed for information to prevent retaliation. This is the second mass shooting in New York in weeks, underscoring the need to rein in gun violence.
