The operation to raise the British luxury yacht, named Bayesian, began with the removal of the 72-meter mast on Wednesday. The shipwreck occurred last August and the yacht is scheduled to be raised this weekend. The lifting operation requires the installation of eight main steel lifting straps in addition to the four already in place. During recent operations, salvage crews removed a lifeboat and deck furniture from the deck, which were brought ashore.
