The UK government plans to build a new nuclear power station in North Wales.

The UK will start talks with international energy companies to build a new power station at Wylfa on the Isle of Anglesey. The plant would mark the third large-scale nuclear power plant in the UK and is key to achieving the UK's goal of net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
