Joe Biden, attack on Donald Trump: "Reflects something even more serious than the narcissism and incompetence that underlie this administration"

Former President Joe Biden delivered a combative speech on Saturday at a gala organized by the Democratic Party in Maryland, where he referred to current President Donald Trump as "a loser."

Biden criticized Trump's attempts to transform Washington, accusing him of corruption and incompetence. He mentioned the demolition of the east wing of the White House to make way for a ballroom and highlighted the scandal related to the renovation of the reflecting pool at the Lincoln Memorial, which involved a no-bid contract. Biden accused the Trump administration of unprecedented corruption in American history and criticized Trump's relationship with Vladimir Putin, as well as the degradation of NATO.

Biden's comments came two years after a televised debate with Trump, in the context of the Biden family becoming increasingly active on the political scene.
