An F-7 BGI military plane crashed over a school in Dhaka, killing one person and injuring 13 others.

The incident took place in Uttara, when the Bangladesh Air Force plane hit the Milestone School campus. The flames engulfed the building and the injured included students. Officials, including the head of the interim government Muhammad Yunus, expressed deep sadness and promised an investigation into the cause of the crash. The government has mobilized hospitals to assist the injured.
