Mohammad Dawood Alokozay, an Afghan man, was arrested in Texas after posting a video on social media in which he claimed to 'build a bomb' and threatened to blow up a building in Fort Worth. The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced that Alokozay was apprehended on Tuesday and is charged with state-level terrorist threats. He is in custody at the Tarrant County correctional facility. His arrest occurred in a tense context, a day after another Afghan citizen, Rahmanullah Lakanwal, shot two members of the National Guard in Washington D.C., resulting in the death of one of the victims. The arrest operation was carried out by the Texas Department of Public Safety, in collaboration with the FBI.
