Authorities in Germany and Spain have launched an international operation against the pro-Russian hacker group NoName057(16), accused of cyber attacks on critical infrastructure. The arrest warrants target seven suspects, and the group recruited more than 4,000 volunteers via Telegram for DDoS attacks. These actions are part of a wider hybrid threat from Russia that includes physical attacks. Europol and other European authorities are working together to combat these threats.
