Armed incident in Washington DC: Federal agents open fire on a man

On Monday, federal agents opened fire on an armed man in downtown Washington DC, near the National Mall, a popular tourist area. The incident occurred after the motorcade of Vice President JD Vance passed by, but authorities do not believe he was targeted.
