Alex Jones, known for his conspiracy theories, has been ordered to pay nearly 1.5 billion dollars to the families of the victims of the 2012 Sandy Hook school massacre, which he denied. The U.S. Supreme Court rejected his last appeal on Tuesday without providing reasons for the decision. Jones denounced this ruling as a "financial death sentence," claiming he will not be able to pay the imposed amount. He has claimed that the attack was staged, promoting conspiracy theories that attracted many online followers and attacked the victims' families for nearly a decade.
