A preliminary report indicates that the crash of an Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner was caused by one of the pilots cutting off the fuel supply. Cockpit recordings show a dialog between captain Sumeet Sabharwal and co-pilot Clive Kunder, in which Kunder asks why the fuel switches were moved to the 'off' position. The plane lost power and crashed, killing 260 people. The investigation continues to clarify the circumstances and rule out other factors.
