In February last year, Atilla Azimov, an 18-year-old, opened fire on an innocent victim, acting on the orders of the organized crime group Foxtrot Network. This network, known for its 'violence as a service' tactics, has been responsible for approximately 35 murders and attacks on Israeli targets in Europe.

Foxtrot Network recruits teenagers through social media, providing them with 'gamified' instructions, but often does not pay them, as they are arrested before completing their missions. OTF GRIMM, the Europol group dedicated to combating this phenomenon, collaborates with 11 affected countries.

Rawa Majid, the leader of the network, has taken refuge in Iran, where he collaborates with the Iranian regime to carry out attacks against its enemies. In April 2025, both Foxtrot Network and Majid were sanctioned by the British government, and Johannes Natland, another young employee of the network, was arrested in the UK.
