A tragic incident occurred in Germany, where a 36-year-old train conductor died after being struck in the head by a passenger who was traveling without a ticket. The incident took place on Monday in Landstuhl, near Kaiserslautern, when the conductor tried to remove the ticketless passenger from the train. Unfortunately, the man died on Wednesday from the injuries sustained. Deutsche Bahn's director, Evelyn Palla, stated that this is a "black day" for railway workers, highlighting the increase in violence against staff. The railway union EVG has called for additional security measures, including the presence of security personnel on board trains. The aggressor, a 26-year-old man, has been apprehended and is in preventive custody, according to information provided by the Prosecutor's Office.
