Portugal's National Telecommunications Authority has reported that 98% of customers of the main telecoms companies have had their mobile network, internet and TV services restored after a major power outage. Although the majority of users are back to normal, around 2% continue to experience technical problems, mainly related to the mobile network. The Portuguese government confirmed that all essential services, including electricity supply and air transportation, are functional after the incident which also affected Spain and France.
