The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, and his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron, announced in Paris the commitment of 26 countries to provide security guarantees for Ukraine. These guarantees will include a strong Ukrainian army and a military presence of the states on Ukrainian territory.
