<p>The incident took place during a training exercise in preparation for the annual Freedom Shield exercise, jointly organized by the US and South Korea. Four bombs were dropped because one of the pilots entered the wrong coordinates, and the cause of the second plane dropping the other four bombs remains under investigation.
