The Bucharest Hospitals and Medical Services Administration has launched the 'Oncological Recovery' project, offering cancer patients in Bucharest financial support of 5,850 lei for essential services such as physiotherapy, lymphatic drainage and psychological counseling. Registrations are open for patients with a referral from their oncologist, and applications are evaluated in order of registration, with a limited number of 436 places available. The program, approved on June 4, will run from 2025-2026, with an annual budget of 1.2 million lei.
