Insured patients will have access to medical services, medications, and medical devices within national programs, as well as the entire basic service package. Those without income, enrolled in the national oncology program, will benefit from the same services until the condition is cured. Uninsured patients enrolled in HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis prevention programs will have access to medical services and sanitary materials. CNAS has detailed the ways to access consultations and hospital services, emphasizing that uninsured patients can go directly to offices or hospitals without a referral ticket. Additionally, paraclinical investigations for monitoring chronic conditions will be reimbursed within a maximum of 5 working days.
