A minister supported by PNL and two USR ministers are at the top of the visibility ranking of Government members, in the last week, according to data provided by NewsVibe, an AI media monitoring platform. The analysis reflects the online visibility of ministers, except for Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, whose presence in the online space is generally significantly superior to that of other Cabinet members. The evaluation takes into account both the volume and visibility of mentions, as well as the central themes that generated public interest, as well as the dominant tone of discussions in the digital space.
The Minister of Education, Daniel David, maintains the first position in the ranking of government members present in online conversation during the period of September 10-16. The number of mentions about Minister David decreases slightly compared to the previous week, but the simple motion submitted by the Opposition against him, as well as his announcement regarding resignation in case of its adoption, continues to ensure his position as a leader in the ranking.
He is followed by the Minister of Defense, Ionuț Moșteanu (USR), particularly visible in the case of the Russian drone that entered Romanian airspace and in light of the response he had after the mockery from the Russian Embassy, which ensured him increased exposure in the public space.
In third place, distanced from the first two ranked, is Minister Diana Buzoianu (USR), the Minister of Environment being particularly visible through the announcement regarding the approval, in the Government, of the "Rabla" program, a topic of interest for a significant number of citizens. Additionally, the decision to dismiss the director of "Apele Române" generated further echoes in the press, contributing to a punctual increase in mentions.
Deputy Prime Minister Marian Neacșu (PSD) continues to occupy the last position in the ranking, with online visibility much lower than that of other government members.
In comparison, Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan (who is not included in the analysis) recorded about 2,300 mentions, this being one of the few moments when the Prime Minister's name generates fewer mentions than all other members of the Government combined.

TRENDS IN MINISTERS' VISIBILITY. Among the ministers at the top of the ranking, only Daniel David is on a downward trend compared to the previous week. The tone of conversations regarding him remains negative, as the minister is contested both by the parliamentary opposition and from the union area. In contrast, Ionuț Moșteanu and Diana Buzoianu are experiencing an increase in visibility, but still with a rather negative tone of mentions.
PUBLIC TONE BAROMETER. The sentiment analysis keeps Minister Daniel David in the spotlight, who continues to be strongly associated with a negative context, generated by the simple motion submitted against him. The name Ionuț Moșteanu has also been mentioned in rather negative contexts, referring to how authorities intervened in the case of the Russian drone that penetrated Romanian airspace. At the level of online conversation, there was also an unfavorable tone regarding Russia, Sorin Lucaci, and the situation at "Apele Române".
Among the names of ministers predominantly invoked in a positive context, Diana Buzoianu stands out, active in relation to the institutional themes/issues under her authority (which appears frequently with a negative connotation as well), or Alexandru Rogobete, who launched a public consultation on an order that completes the list of reimbursed medications and announced that work for the Regional Oncology Institute in Timișoara continues.
The sentiment analysis conducted by the NewsVibe platform uses artificial intelligence to identify the tone of online discourse associated with each entity analyzed. In this context, the evaluation targeted all mentions related to the ministers of the Romanian Government.

THE SEMANTIC NETWORK OF GOVERNMENT DEBATES. The semantic network analysis provides a perspective on how government ministers are reflected and connected in the digital space. The NewsVibe platform highlights the relationships between topics of interest and political actors, based on co-occurrences in the main online sources in Romania.
The analysis reflects two main axes of debate: the external one (Romania in relation to Russia, NATO, Ukraine, Poland) and the internal one (ministers and parties, with Daniel David and Diana Buzoianu in the foreground).
The node Romania dominates the network, being the most frequently mentioned entity, in connection with the Minister of Defense (Ionuț Moșteanu) and, secondarily, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Oana Țoiu), but also with international actors such as Russia, NATO, Ukraine, or Poland.
Another visible segment of the public debate about ministers centers on Daniel David, associated with the ministry he coordinates, but also with Ilie Bolojan and AUR, reflecting the impact of the conversation related to the motion and political controversies.
Diana Buzoianu and the Ministry of Environment outline a distinct sector of discussions, related to USR and specific themes of the relevant ministry ("Rabla", "Apele Române").
Other clusters, with a lower intensity, prominently feature ministers with punctual visibility: Alexandru Rogobete, Radu Miruță, Florin Manole, Alexandru Nazare, etc.
