On November 21, the weather will be warmer than usual for the end of November, with maximum temperatures ranging from 7-8 degrees in northern Moldova to 20 degrees in Dobrogea and southeastern Muntenia, according to ANM. Minimum temperatures will range between 3 and 13 degrees, with higher values along the coast. The sky will be predominantly cloudy, with frequent rain in Banat, Crișana, Maramureș, Transylvania, and Oltenia, while in Moldova and western Muntenia, the rain will be local, possibly accompanied by thunderstorms. The wind will intensify on the mountain peaks, with gusts of 70-90 km/h, and frost will be reported in the morning. Until November 23, temperatures will remain higher than the normal for the period, and precipitation will be abundant in most areas. In the following weeks, temperatures will remain above average, and precipitation will be within normal limits.
