According to ANM, thermal values will exceed normal averages, especially in the west, northwest, and center of the country. In the extra-Carpathian regions, the sky will be predominantly cloudy, and mixed precipitation will be recorded in the northern half of Moldova. In Dobrogea and eastern Muntenia, rain will be present, and the probability of fog and drizzle will increase in the second part of the day. In the rest of the country, the sky will be variable, with temporary overcast and widespread rain. In the mountains, at high altitudes, there will be mixed precipitation.

Maximum temperatures will range between 0 and 15 degrees, while minimums will be between -4 and 6 degrees. In Bucharest, the weather will be overcast, with light rain and a high probability of fog. On Friday, the wind will be light, and the maximum temperature will reach approximately 5 degrees.

Hydrologists have issued an orange flood warning for river sectors in Buzău and Prahova, valid until Friday, February 6, at 12:00 PM, and a yellow warning for other counties. Precipitation and snowmelt can cause significant runoff and floods, increasing the risk of exceeding flood protection levels.
