On October 30, the weather will be much warmer than normal for this time of year, with sunshine in the south and southeast of the country. Highs will range between 15 and 23 degrees, with the highest temperatures in Bărăgan. In Dobrogea and Bărăgan, the atmosphere will be pleasant, with a stronger wind along the coast. In southern Moldova and northern Muntenia, the sun will shine, and temperatures will reach 21-22 degrees. In the northern half of Moldova and Bukovina, rain is expected after nightfall. Northern Transylvania and Maramureș will experience a warming trend, with highs of 20-21 degrees, but also some light rain. In Transylvania, the morning will be cold, with temperatures below zero, but during the day, it will reach 20 degrees. Oltenia will have a beautiful day, with highs of 20 degrees, and in Bucharest, temperatures will reach 22 degrees. In the mountainous areas, the weather will be nice, but with precipitation at high altitudes. The wind will intensify in some regions, reaching speeds of up to 80 km/h on the mountain peaks.
