The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) announces that temperatures will be higher than the previous day, with maximums between 8 and 18 degrees and minimums between -2 and 14 degrees. The sky will be predominantly cloudy, with local rains in the west and isolated in other regions, while the wind will have temporary intensifications in Dobrogea and southern Banat. In the morning, there will be fog, sometimes accompanied by drizzle. Until November 23, the weather will be warmer than normal, with positive temperature deviations, especially in the southeast. ANM has issued a rain advisory and a yellow wind warning for the period of November 17-20. In the following weeks, temperatures will remain above average, with abundant precipitation in the southwest, and in December, the thermal regime will be close to climatological norms.
