The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) forecasts unstable weather for Tuesday, October 28, 2025, across the entire country. The sky will gradually become overcast, and rain is expected in Maramureș, Crișana, Transylvania, Muntenia, and Dobrogea. In the mountains, precipitation will be in the form of sleet and snow at altitudes above 1500 meters. The wind will blow lightly to moderately, with intensifications on the mountain peaks, where gusts will reach 70-80 km/h, temporarily blizzarding the snow. Maximum temperatures will range between 7 and 18 degrees, while minimums will be between 0 and 8 degrees. In the Capital, the sky will be cloudy in the morning, with temperatures between 3-4 degrees at night and 16-17 degrees during the day. Until November 3, precipitation will be more abundant in the mountainous and southwestern areas, and after this date, higher temperatures and rarer rains are expected.
