The capital of Romania is under a yellow warning for snow and blizzard starting today at 10 AM until Wednesday at 2 PM, according to ANM. The weather will cool down, and mixed precipitation is expected from Tuesday evening, predominantly snow, with a snow layer of 8-15 cm. The amounts of water will be between 15 and 25 l/m², and the wind will intensify with gusts of 50-70 km/h, causing blizzard conditions and reducing visibility to below 100 m. The maximum temperature will be 2-3 degrees, while the minimum will be around -1 degree. On Wednesday, the weather will be variable, with light snow and maximum temperatures of about 2 degrees, while the minimums will drop to -4 to -3 degrees.
