The warning of significant risk, of degree three out of five, is issued for the area above 1,800 meters altitude in the Făgăraș and Rodnei mountains. The highest snow cover in the country, 1.3 m, is at Bâlea Lac, above 2,000 meters altitude. April started with high temperatures, but the weather is expected to cool down in the coming days.
