In a video recording, delegates of the Young People's Party (POT) are instructed to contest the election results in precincts where candidate George Simion has unfavorable scores. They are instructed to file 'protests' in the seats with small differences in the scores and to justify the protests by 'incorrect recording of the voting results'. The strategy is based on exploiting procedural mechanisms with the aim of generating challenges to force a recount. Delegates are warned not to become aggressive, but to insist on their right to submit documents and that objections must be correctly recorded in the minutes.
