Monica Dajbog, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MAI), announced that on the eve of the elections and during the night, 10 reports were registered regarding possible illegal acts related to the electoral process. Of these, 7 reports concerned the continuation of electoral propaganda after the legal deadline. MAI has essential responsibilities on election day, including maintaining public order around polling stations, investigating reports of fraud, and ensuring the security of the transport of minutes. It is important to mention that MAI personnel will not come into contact with these documents, which will be transported by vehicles that do not belong to the institution. Additionally, MAI emphasizes strict rules within a radius of 500 meters around polling stations, prohibiting advising voters, selling or consuming alcoholic beverages, as well as photographing or filming the ballot.
