<p>Elena Lasconi won the first round of the presidential elections in Câmpulung Muscel, where she is mayor. She got 35.97% of the votes, followed by Marcel Ciolacu. Călin Georgescu, her opponent in the second round, persuaded only 15.64% of Muscelunians to vote for him. Lasconi was elected for her second term as mayor of Câmpulungului with more than 9,000 votes.
