Clotilde Armand, an independent candidate backed by USR PLUS, has applied for a recount after official data shows that George Tuță, backed by PNL, is the winner. Armand has also reported alleged fraud attempts at several polling stations, noting that the difference in votes on the parallel party count is very small.
