Daniel David explained that the program was created by a commission made up of specialists from the Romanian Academy, universities, and national colleges, who analyzed international models. The Minister of Education emphasized that the program will be subject to a public consultation period, where pro and con opinions will be gathered. He also acknowledged that reactions from the public space prompted him to read the program more carefully, stating that he will make a decision that will be beneficial for students. The minister wanted to clarify that it was not a unilateral decision, but the result of collaboration with experts in the field.
