The Ministry of Education and Research has centralized the results of the mock Baccalaureate exam 2026, held between March 23 and 26, and has decided to extend the deadline for communicating the grades until April 9, due to the large volume of papers under evaluation. The simulation took place in 1,364 educational units, with significant participation: over 114,600 candidates for Romanian Language and Literature, 113,100 for the mandatory profile test, and 111,100 for the elective test. In total, 763,750 evaluations were conducted, approximately 11% more than in 2025. As of April 3, 96.88% of the papers had been evaluated. The percentage of grades greater than or equal to 5 increased compared to the previous year, reaching 76.98% in Romanian Language and 64.36% in the mandatory profile subject. The Ministry emphasized the importance of digitalized evaluation and thanked everyone involved in the organization and evaluation of the papers. Minister Mihai Dimian encouraged students to prepare seriously for the upcoming exams.
