Romania won two gold, one silver and two bronze medals at the European Geography Olympiad in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Romania excelled at the European Geography Olympiad in Vilnius, winning five medals: two gold, one silver and two bronze. Students Alessio Andrei Nenu and Ștefan Negescu-Lucov won gold medals, while Ana-Maria Apătean won bronze. In the seniors' category, Ionuț Merăuță won silver and Sebastian Buțu took bronze. The teams were coordinated by teachers Mihaela Florina Alexandru and Mihaela Cornelia Fișcutean.
