Order No. 3781/2025 establishes a clear framework for the use of audio-video cameras in educational establishments, aimed at preventing violence and ensuring safety. Surveillance is only allowed in certain premises and requires the consent of parents, pupils and staff. The recordings will be stored for 30 days and cannot be used to evaluate teachers.
