Visual Fan, a producer of electronic devices listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (ALW), reported a net profit of 12.5 million lei for the year 2025, an increase of 121.04% compared to the previous year, and a turnover of 200.4 million lei, up 109.42% from 95.7 million lei in 2024. The net margin increased to 6.25%, reflecting operational efficiency and portfolio expansion.


The company's divisions, including Allview Energy and Allview Auto, had positive developments, with a market share of 42% for the electric model CityZEN. In 2026, the company aims to attract large projects in renewable energy, expand its network of partners in electric mobility, and diversify its portfolio of smart home appliances. Visual Fan is listed on the AeRO Premium segment, with a market capitalization of over 148 million lei and a share price of approximately 22.6 lei.
