Three banks won their cases against the ANPC, which had previously fined them for unfair commercial practices. The ANPC issued orders to the banks to remedy the situation by issuing new repayment charts to recalculate repayments 'in equal installments over the entire lending period in relation to the interest rate on the loan'.
