According to BNR data, the Swiss franc reached a rate of 5.4325 lei, the highest level since August 2025, after the leu lost almost two bani. Additionally, the euro was quoted at 5.0672 lei, and the British pound at 5.8730 lei. However, the leu gained almost two bani against the US dollar, which was quoted at 4.3495 lei. The price of a gram of gold increased to 475.44 lei, the highest level since August 8, 2025.
