The childcare vouchers, available electronically, are offered to employees to partially or fully cover childcare fees. From October 1st, the ceiling increases from 670 to 710 lei. These vouchers do not go directly to employees, but are used exclusively for the payment of fees, and amounts exceeding the ceiling will be taxed. Employers must inform employees about the childcare facilities they collaborate with.
