Starting from March 6 and until March 13, resident and non-resident individuals over 18 years old can subscribe to the FIDELIS government bonds, managed by the Ministry of Finance and listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.

These bonds offer attractive interest rates, up to 7.10% for the issues in lei, and are available in various maturities. For example, for the bonds in lei, the interest rates range from 5.90% to 7.10%, while for those in euros, between 3.50% and 6.00%. Blood donors benefit from special conditions, including an interest rate of 6.90% and a reduced minimum subscription threshold of 500 lei. No commissions are charged by the intermediary banks, and the income from interest is tax-exempt. Additionally, holders can reinvest the unwithdrawn amounts in new issues at maturity.
