The Bucharest Stock Exchange closed higher on almost all indices on Tuesday.

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) had a positive day on Tuesday, with almost all indices recording gains. The main index, BET, increased by 0.73%, reaching 36,243.78 points, while other indices, such as BET-Plus, BET-XT, and BET-BK, saw advances of 0.70%, 0.77%, and 0.57%, respectively.

The BET-FI index, which includes financial investment companies, rose by 1.02%, while BET-NG, dedicated to energy companies, recorded an increase of 0.84%. However, the BETAeRO index decreased by 0.75%. The most liquid stocks were those of Banca Transilvania, OMV Petrom, and Hidroelectrica. The largest increases were observed in the stocks of Rompetrol Rafinare (+13.68%), Cris-Tim Family Holding (+7.72%), and Roca Industry HoldingRock1 (+6.33%).

In contrast, the most significant declines were seen in Promateris (-6.34%), Șantierul Naval Orșova (-3.42%), and Simtel Team (-3.26%).
