During the period of August 25 - 29, 2025, the Bucharest Stock Exchange recorded a decrease in capitalization from 442.84 billion lei to 436.38 billion lei, representing a loss of 1.45%. The value of transactions was 402.26 million lei, lower than in the previous week. The BET index closed at 20,557.04 points, down by 0.64%. Banca Transilvania shares were the most liquid, but they fell by 2.07%. The largest increases were recorded by Prefab SA (+13.08%), while Chimcomplex Borzești had the largest decrease (-10.48%).
