AFI Palace Cotroceni ended 2023 with a turnover of 278 million lei, down 15% from the previous year. Net loss increased from RON 30 million in 2022 to RON 70 million in 2023. At the end of September, the mall's occupancy rate was 99.5% and the average rent is €40/sqm.
