Almost 63.77% of these positions were in central public administration, totaling 816,514 employees, a decrease of 25,750. The Ministry of Education remains with the highest number of employees, 293,922, recording a decrease of 14,130. The Ministry of Internal Affairs increased by 745 positions, reaching 125,676, while the Ministry of National Defense lost 4,914 employees, now having 76,175. At the local level, 463,791 people were employed, with a decrease of 6,453 compared to January 2025.
